Rainbow Family Childcare has been serving Noe Valley families since 1984. We are committed to the growth of each child in a warm, intimate, home environment that fosters self-acceptance and exploration.
We offer a program that blends supervised activities and self-initiated learning. We meet the special needs of toddlers, who do best in small groups with lots of individual attention; therefore two experienced teachers nurture our group of six children.
We believe that children excel when given the opportunity to explore, experience, and express themselves through the creative arts. Our curriculum, which includes art, music, dramatic play, storytelling and dance, allows children to learn at their own pace and to develop their social, physical and cognitive skills in a variety of activities.
